Ts. Goh Thing Thing is the Academic Department Head for School of Engineering, UOW Malaysia KDU University College. She led the department to ensure it achieves the highest possible in all its activities and provide effective communication and guidance to staff.

She is also a Professional Technologist (P. Tech.) registered with Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) and a research member in Internet of Things (IoT) research cluster.

Ts. Goh research focused on enabling computers to understand and process human language material. She applies Natural Language Processing in questions classification using semantic and syntactic approaches. The information and insights contained in the documents can be accurately extract as well as categorize and organized automatically by machine.
