UOW Malaysia School of Hospitality, Tourism, and Culinary Arts hosted The Future of Tourism & Hospitality – A Career Perspective on 9 October 2026 at its Glenmarie Selangor campus.

The session featured industry leaders Datuk Wira Song Hoi-See, Founder and CEO of Plaza Premium Group, and Ms. Helena Phua, Vice President, APAC, at The New York Times. They were joined by Dr. Noorhaiza, Academic Department Head at UOW Malaysia, and Ms. Rachel Ho, General Manager of the Global Service Centre at Plaza Premium Group.

The session provided students with valuable industry insights, professional perspectives, and exposure to potential career and internship opportunities, reinforcing the importance of industry engagement in preparing future tourism and hospitality professionals.
