UOW Malaysia Batu Kawan Campus – 15 May 2025, UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College (UOW Malaysia) has officially partnered with The Image Creator Sdn Bhd (TIC) and Beyond Innovative Resources Sdn Bhd (BEYOND) through the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This collaboration will see the launch of the High-Impact Business Acceleration Model (HIBAM), a transformative program designed to cultivate business leadership and drive growth for entrepreneurs and corporate innovators throughout Southeast Asia.

The MOU underscores a shared commitment to fostering high-performance business skills through focused education, collaborative initiatives across various sectors, and mentorship opportunities within the region. The signing ceremony took place at UOW Malaysia Batu Kawan Campus, with key figures from industry, corporate entities, and academia in attendance.

“We are thrilled to support this program, which strongly aligns with UOW Malaysia’s commitment to delivering industry-relevant education and empowering both intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial talent in Malaysia and the wider region”, stated by Professor Dr. Chong Beng Keok, Vice-Chancellor of UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College.

Adding to the significance of the event, Mr. Liu Zhen Hua, Chairman of the China Enterprises Association Northern Malaysia, delivered a keynote address emphasizing the importance of collaborative movement in today’s rapidly evolving economy.

The event also featured, Professor Dr. Hooy Chee Wooi from the School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia, illuminated the key opportunities and challenges that will shape the future of business across Asia.

Dr. Wendy Liew, Organising Chair of HIBAM and Managing Director of The Image Creator Sdn Bhd, highlighted, “This partnership, born from months of significant collaboration, embodies our shared aspiration to raise the bar for business excellence across Southeast Asia.”

Echoing the collaborative spirit and the program’s design, Mr. Liu Zhen Hua commented, “The High-Impact Business Acceleration Model uniquely combines strategic curriculum with immersive real-world business experiences. It is specifically engineered to enable business leaders to accelerate growth, foster innovation, and achieve sustainability in today’s dynamic economic landscape.”
