Dr Wong Khang Siang is a lecturer at the Department of Computing, School of Engineering, Computing and Built Environment, UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College. He received his Bachelor of Computer Science (Honours) and Ph.D. in Computer Sciences in the field of Network and Communication Protocol from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang, Malaysia.

His specialization is computer networking, and his research focuses on Delay Tolerant Networking protocols for Internet of Things (IoT). His research interests include the Internet of Things, Embedded Wireless Systems, and Wireless Sensor Networks. Dr. Wong is a passionate researcher and has been developing his computer networking and security skills in recent years.
