AGENT PORTAL AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES WHY UOW MALAYSIA The Agent Portal provides agents with access to manage applications from submission to enrolment. The following activities are managed via the portal. Application Submission Application Status monitoring Supporting document upload Access to conditional and full offers Agents will access the portal with their registered email address and Agent Code. On login, agents will receive an OTP (one time password) to their nominated email address. Application Guide Accept the terms and conditions Agent details - your information Applicant details - personal, contact and passport details Program selection - campus, intake and program Qualifications - academic history and English results Review and submit - then track progress in the portal For an Application Guide the agents can refer to the following User Guide. The UOW Malaysia works with dedicated Agents across the world, who provide prospective students and their parents with information, support and advice on studying with us. UOW Malaysia values the relationships and support of our education agents. To support our relationship, we have provided a summary of our expectations and agency responsibilities, for further details please consult your Agency Agreement. As one of our authorised agents it is important that you understand your responsibilities and correct procedures. An agent can: Provide guidance on the degrees, courses and entry requirements Submit student applications and supporting documents to UOW Malaysia Assist students with visa applications and provide pre-enrolment information Once an application has been submitted, it will be considered by UOW Malaysia who makes all decisions. The authority to assess an application or to offer a place to an applicant rests only with UOW Malaysia
