From 5-7 February 2026, UOW Malaysia’s Engineering Society rolled up their sleeves for a heartwarming CSR drive supporting the Padmasambhava Children Loving Association.

A two-day campus booth raised RM948.75, fully spent on food and daily essentials chosen carefully to meet the children’s needs. Volunteers compared prices across markets to make every ringgit count, then packed and prepared the donations for delivery.

The highlight came on 7 February, when the team visited the association’s home in Klang. Beyond dropping off supplies, they connected with the children through chats and photography, creating genuine moments of joy and engagement.

The drive left a lasting impact—not just for the children but also for the volunteers, enhancing empathy, teamwork, and civic spirit. The Engineering Society extends its gratitude to the association and looks forward to more initiatives that make a real difference.
