UOW Malaysia has been recognised as one of the top universities whose graduates are preferred by employers. Only 56 public and private universities in Malaysia made it to the Talentbank 2024 Employers’ University of Choice list and UOW Malaysia is one of them.

Talentbank is a key player in the employability ecosystem in Malaysia, focused on connecting career-ready candidates with industry leaders. Talentbank is well known for its surveys that inform employers and graduates of the top-ranking employers and graduate employability. The Talentbank 2024 University of Choice survey is data-driven and is 100% determined by leading graduate employers in Malaysia. The survey, comprising 30 questions in 3 key areas, was posed to 750 top graduate employers, with responses relating to 100 universities. The 3 areas covered in the survey include: identifying the universities where employers commonly recruit from, quantifying the number of graduates hired from each university, and assessing the frequency of repeat hires based on positive performance.
