Dr Eddy Yap is a corporate practitioner, management consultant, and experienced manager, with more than two decades of professional experience in audit, finance, risk and strategic planning.

He actively engages with various industries by leading in advisory and consulting roles, as well as in training leaders and managers with technical skills in the areas of corporate governance, finance, strategic management and business development.

He is also a keen observer and researcher in financial markets and the business environment, with publications in international peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings, while providing thought leadership in the corporate circles.
