Dr. Suleiman Adewumi Abdullahi Email: [email protected] Suleiman Adewumi Abdullahi is an academic lecturer and researcher at UOW Malaysia KDU Penang College, specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM) and organizational behavior. He has a growing research interest in the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and academic environments. Suleiman has authored and co-authored several academic articles published in reputable journals, contributing to knowledge in both traditional HRM domains and emerging areas such as AI integration in higher education and workplace management. His teaching and research are driven by a commitment to advancing practical, ethical, and transformative insights that bridge theory and practice. Suleiman continues to mentor students and collaborate across disciplines to promote innovation and academic excellence. He has been a certified associate member of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, UK, since 2014, as well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria, and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
