She obtained her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Teknologi MARA and Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) majoring in HRM from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Prior to joining academia, she began her career in the corporate sector, which provided her with valuable industry exposure and practical insights. She is passionate about talent development and is committed to nurturing students’ academic and professional growth through quality teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning initiatives.
