If payment for additional gown rental is not made upon registration for the graduation, RM150 per week will be imposed for the late return of the graduation attire (after 23 November 2025). Gown Return: 24 November – 1 December 2025 Venue: Library (Batu Kawan Campus) RM 450 Refund of Deposit (for gown extension ONLY) Deposit will only be refunded upon returning of graduation attire in good condition. The refund amount will be transferred into the graduand’s bank account. MOHE Graduate Tracer Study This is a requirement set by the Ministry of Higher Education that all graduating students are required to visit the website https://graduan.mohe.gov.my/SKPG25/ .
