What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is all about helping people move better and live without pain. As part of a healthcare team, physiotherapists work with everyone, from newborns to older adults to restore movement, reduce discomfort, and support recovery. Whether it’s easing back pain, improving mobility after surgery, or preventing future injuries, their goal is simple: better movement, better life.
