Associate Professor Dr. Abdullah Lin is an accomplished academic and industry professional with 7 years of teaching experience and 28 years in General Management, HR Development, and Engineering Automation. He began his career at Motorola and Bakti Commitel before transitioning to HR Management at BCM Corporation and contributing to major multinational companies, including Sony, Finisar, and Prasarana Group. His expertise spans Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, and Performance Management.

In academia, Dr. Abdullah Lin teaches MBA and DBA programs in Leadership, Change Management, HR Management, and Entrepreneurship, while also mentoring doctoral students. A globally certified trainer with qualifications from the USA, Singapore, and Japan, he has conducted training for MNCs, GLCs, and government agencies in areas such as Leadership, Coaching, and Personality Profiling. Dr. Abdullah Lin’s credentials include certifications in Job Evaluation, Interviewing Techniques, and HRDF training, making him a valuable asset to both academia and industry.
