Dr. Khairul Azlan Bin A Rahman is a graduate student from Tun Hussein Onn University Malaysia (UTHM), Batu Pahat Johor, Malaysia. His PhD is about the uses of Artificial Intelligent in brain signals for stroke rehabilitation methods. He completed his Master in Engineering (M.Eng) in Electrical Engineering major in robotic engineering at UTHM. He also received his Bachelor in Engineering (B.Eng) Hons in Electrical Engineering major in power engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).

He also active as a freelance in many fields such as robotic and programming. Besides that, he also joins some research department as part-time project researchers such as in GIRA and MENTARI.
