Dr Tan Sin Jin Email: sj.tan@kdu.edu.my Tan Sin Jin is senior lecturer in School of Engineering, UOW Malaysia KDU. She worked in semiconductor industry before embarking her career in education. She is a graduate member with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and member of The Institution of Engineers Malaysia (MIEM). Her research interests are in the area of photonics and communication systems. She currently explores novel materials for pulsed laser generation, optical sensing and optical modulation. In her leisure time, she enjoys sports.
