Professor Dr. Troy Heffernan Email: [email protected] Dr. Troy Heffernan is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in higher education and business strategy. He is currently a Professor at the Faculty of Business and Law, School of Business, Wollongong University, Australia. Previously, Dr. Heffernan held significant leadership roles at the University of Plymouth, including Professor of Transnational Education, Director of the International Centre, and Associate Professor (Reader) at Plymouth Business School. He also served as Program Manager for the MSc Marketing Management & Strategy program. Earlier in his career, Dr. Heffernan worked at Charles Sturt University, Australia, in various academic and leadership roles, including Director of the MBA (Distance) program. He also has industry experience as a Product Manager and Market Analyst at Telstra, Australia.
