Nur Hasalli Binti Ibrahim is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Engineering at UOW Malaysia with more than 13 years of academic and engineering experience. Her expertise includes sustainable additive manufacturing, advanced materials, engineering simulation, thermofluid systems, and manufacturing processes. Her research focuses on the integration of recycled plastics and agricultural waste materials into additive manufacturing processes to support circular economy and sustainable engineering initiatives. Her areas of interest also include engineering simulation, computational analysis, life cycle assessment (LCA), and the development of environmentally friendly composite materials for structural and industrial applications. Ts. Nur Hasalli is actively involved in curriculum development, engineering innovation initiatives, undergraduate research supervision, and industry collaboration projects related to computational engineering and sustainable manufacturing technologies. Nur Hasalli Binti Ibrahim has experience in supervising undergraduate research projects in the areas of additive manufacturing, sustainable composite materials, engineering simulation, thermofluid systems, and renewable energy applications. She has supervised projects involving 3D printing optimisation, CFD analysis, sustainable engineering design, EV system and computational engineering applications. She is actively involved in industry-linked and research-based engineering projects related to HVAC simulation, airflow and thermal analysis, additive manufacturing, and sustainable product development. In addition, she has guided students in research and innovation competitions, resulting in several award-winning engineering projects and poster presentations at national and international levels.
