Nur Hasalli join KDU since 2015 as a lecturer for Mechanical Engineering program and she has 10 years experience as academician. Hasalli holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) and a Master of Manufacturing System Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

Her research interest in the field of finite element analysis, advanced material, thermofluids system and manufacturing process. In her role as a lecturer, she delivers and developed mechanical modules such as Engineering Thermodynamics, Advanced Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, Computer Aided Engineering, Principles of Turbomachinery and Fluid Mechanics.

She also undertaken several positions that encompass school management, curriculum developments and operations efficiency. She is also certified as Professional Technologist.
