Textbooks Reference books The Library generally will not accept conditions/ formats which includes but not limited to the following Audio visual materials Damaged Magazines of any kind Material in obsolete or inaccessibble formats Materials downloaded from the Internet Materials which are in poor physical condition Most periodicals Photocopied materials Pirated print publications Underlined/ highlighted pages The Library reserves the right to refuse donations that do not meet the above criteria. Collection Flow by First-Year New Student: Titles list can be viewed from the Library’s website. The Library will attend to walk-in students only. Upon receiving request of books, the Library staff will check the student status to verify requestor is a new student (New student definition: 1st year of the program taken, regardless of level of program) Recipients name, ID, date and titles are to be recorded to the master List.
