As a proud UOW Malaysia alumnus, Chris returned to KL in his twenties to complete his Bachelor's in European Culinary Management. He earned his first Gold Medal at Food Hotel Malaysia in 2007, followed by numerous local and international accolades. In 2012, he founded Topshelf Restaurant, which quickly gained a reputation as a hidden gem in KL's dining scene.
